One table was completely done before the other table even received Their appetizers. Not third large party, but third person to check in. We were okay, as they asked us, and at this point we just wanted to eat since it was now 25 minutes after opening, and again, we were the third party in line. Next, they separated our party into two separate booths with two separate servers. This particular visit was our WORST! From getting there before it opened, and being third in line, yet they were seating other parties who were after us before us, until I got wind of it from my mom and said something. On June 12 my graduating niece picked the Cerritos location, since it was near us all, so we obliged. The service is always slow, and I have yet to have my whole meal come out right/taste right here. locations, even though I'm minutes from Cerritos. However, after giving it multiple chances, the Cerritos location has always disappointed me. This review is long overdue! I absolutely love Cheesecake Factory, and was happy when the Cerritos location opened up near me years ago.
